- 所有類型參加者須知
- 門票數量有限，建議提前購買。
- 體驗以廣東話進行。如需英語或國語，請預先聯絡本館。
- 如需要特殊服務或輔助，請參閱特別需要參加者活動指引或聯絡本館查詢。
- 由於安全考慮，恕不招待以下人士參加活動：
- 有身孕人士
- 患有心臟病相關病症
- 患有幽閉恐懼症
- 精神病／智力障礙／自閉症達嚴重程度
- 身體感不適者，曾服用藥物或含酒精飲品
- 持優惠票價 參加者進場時，須出示有效證明，如學生證，身份證或殘疾人士證。
- 每名殘疾人士只限一名同行照料者可享優惠票價。
- 參加者請於體驗前15分鐘到達場館。
- 為免影響活動的進行，恕不能接待逾時者。
- 本場館提供免費的有鎖儲物櫃，以供參加者存放隨身物品。
- 體驗期間不能拍照、錄影或錄音。
- 所有預訂之門票恕不接受任何取消或更改。
- 凡穿戴能發光 / 夜光照明的物件或衣著不能進場 (只限黑暗體驗) 。

- Notes to All Types of Participants
- Highly recommend to reserve tickets in advance as capacity is limited.
- Experience is conducted in Cantonese. Please Contact us for English or Mandarin arrangements.
- For any special assistance like wheelchair, please study the Special Arrangements for Special Needs or contact us.
- The following participants are NOT allowed to join the experience due to safety concerns:
- Pregnancy
- With heart disease or related diseases
- With Claustrophobia
- Severe mental illness / mental retardation / autism
- Feeling uncomfortable, taking medicine or alcoholic drinks before tour
- Inspection Proof of identity of concession tickets holders at the admission point. E.g. HKID, Student Card, Registration Card for People with Disabilities etc.
- Persons with disabilities are eligible to purchase at concessionary rates with the care-take with a maximum ratio at 1:1.
- All visitors are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience time.
- Late-comers will not be admitted once the experience starts.
- Free secure lockers will be provided to keep your personal belongings.
- Photography or recording is prohibited during the experience.
- Tickets sold are non-exchangeable, non-refundable after the transaction is completed and void if expired.
- All light-emitting or illuminated Devices or Apparel is prohibited (for Dark experience only).

惡劣天氣安排：Bad Weather Arrangement:
- 八號熱帶氣旋警告信號或黑色暴雨警告信號下之特別安排如下:
- 本公司活動（包括體驗館旅程、工作坊及其他相關活動）是否取消，取決於活動開始時間的前3小時，8號或更高颱風或黑色暴雨警告訊號是否仍然生效。本館將會在該警告訊號除下3小時後，恢復服務。
- Special arrangement under Typhoon Signal 8 or above or adverse weather conditions:
- Cancellation of Dialogue in the Dark (DiD) events, including experiential exhibition tour,workshop and other DiD activities, depends on whether Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted 3 hours prior to event starting time。All services will be resumed in 3 hours after the signal is lowered.
