體驗活動參加者須知 / Notes to Experience Participants
- 體驗以廣東話進行。
- 如需要特殊服務或輔助，請參閱特別需要參加者活動指引或聯絡本館查詢。
- 由於安全考慮，恕不招待以下人士參加活動：
有身孕人士
患有心臟病相關病症
患有幽閉恐懼症
精神病／智力障礙／自閉症達嚴重程度
身體感不適者，曾服用藥物或含酒精飲品
- 參加者請於體驗前30分鐘到達場館。
- 為免影響活動的進行，恕不能接待逾時者。
- 本場館提供免費的有鎖儲物櫃，以供參加者存放隨身物品。
- 體驗期間不能拍照、錄影或錄音。
- 凡穿戴能發光 / 夜光照明的物件或衣著不能進場。
- 所有預訂之門票恕不接受任何取消或更改。
- 請參閱條款及細則了解更多。

For safety reasons, the activity is not suitable for individuals who:
Are pregnant
Have heart conditions
Suffer from claustrophobia
Have severe mental illness, intellectual disability, or severe autism
- Feel unwell or have consumed medicine or alcohol
- Participants must arrive 30 minutes before the start time.
- Latecomers will strictly not be admitted to avoid disrupting the event.
- Free locked lockers are provided on-site for personal belongings.
- No photography, video recording, or audio recording is allowed during the experience.
- Items or clothing that emit light or glow in the dark are not permitted inside the venue.
- All ticket bookings are final. No cancellations, refunds, or amendments will be accepted.

惡劣天氣安排：Bad Weather Arrangement:
- 八號熱帶氣旋警告信號或黑色暴雨警告信號下之特別安排如下:
- 本公司活動（包括體驗館旅程、工作坊及其他相關活動）是否取消，取決於活動開始時間的前3小時，8號或更高颱風或黑色暴雨警告訊號是否仍然生效。本館將會在該警告訊號除下3小時後，恢復服務。
- Special arrangement under Typhoon Signal 8 or above or adverse weather conditions:
- Cancellation of Dialogue in the Dark (DiD) events, including experiential exhibition tour, workshop and other DiD activities, depends on whether Typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted 3 hours prior to event starting time。All services will be resumed in 3 hours after the signal is lowered.
